What are your service areas?
We serve all of Hwy 30A from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen. Not sure if you are covered, please call or email and we will try to accommodate any request.
What are your rates?
Concierge service rates are detailed on the rates tab. However many services are task specific and may vary. Please contact us by email or phone for a specific quotation.
How will you service/stock the property while we are not there?
Coastal Concierge will coordinate with property management companies and property owners to make sure everything is perfect for your arrival. In most cases, we will be able to enter the property prior to your arrival so everything is ready when you get there. On rare occasions due to rental turnovers, we may be delayed access to the property.
What is the order time frame?
We require at least 48 hours advance notice on all requests. However the more time we are given to process your order the more time we can spend providing you excellent customer service. We do understand that unexpected needs can occur and we will do our best to honor any request; however, a rush fee may apply.
How do you accept payments?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. To Checkout go to the Contact Us page and press the Credit Card Confirmation button. Choose a quantity of 1 for $20, at the time of order we will charge a $20 minimum on your card. Proceed to checkout as a guest user. After all shopping is completed, we will charge the remainder of the bill including products and services rendered.
We cannot process any refunds once products are purchased.
What is your cancellation policy?
We cannot honor any cancellations within 24 hours. Any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Are you Insured?
Yes Coastal Concierge is bonded and insured.
