What are your service areas?
We serve all of Hwy 30A from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen. Not sure if you are covered, please call or email and we will try to accommodate any request.
What are your rates?
Rates are task specific and typically require a quote please inquire directly with Julie at Julie@30aConcierge.com
How will you service/stock the property while we are not there?
If you are a private home management client, Coastal Concierge offers a plethor of services for you and your property. You can see a list of the some of our property management offerings by clicking here. Rest assured, that we will coordinate with to make sure everything is perfect for your arrival and while you’re away. We will definitely be on property prior to your arrival so everything is ready when you get there. On rare occasions…if you do rent your property when you’re not here, we may be delayed on rental turnover days for access to the property.
What is the turn around time of requests?
We require at least 48 hours advance notice on all requests. However the more time we are given to process your order the more time we can spend providing you with excellent customer service. We do understand that unexpected needs can occur and we will do our best to honor any request; however, a rush fee may apply.
Are you Insured?
Yes Coastal Concierge is bonded and insured.
